Calendaria is a yearly planner that works with the calendars already on your iPhone. It has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, it makes no network requests of its own, and it does not track you. We never receive your events, your plans or anything you type.
Your calendars
- Calendar access. Calendaria asks for full access to your calendars so it can show your events as one list for the year and add the plans you make. It reads and writes them on your iPhone through iOS. If your calendars sync with iCloud, Google, Exchange or another account, that sync is between you and that provider, set up in Settings; Calendaria is not part of it.
- Pencilled plans. Plans you pencil in are saved in a calendar called Calendaria Plans on your iPhone until you confirm or remove them.
- Birthdays and holidays. Birthdays come from the Birthdays calendar iOS makes from Contacts, and holidays from holiday calendars you subscribe to. Calendaria does not ask for access to Contacts.
Reading your plans
When you write plans in your own words, Calendaria reads them with Apple Intelligence using the model on your iPhone. The text you type is not sent to us or to anyone else.
Settings and widgets
Your theme, icon and other settings stay on your iPhone. Widgets get what they show from Calendaria through storage the app and its widgets share on your iPhone.
Deleting your data
Deleting Calendaria removes its settings. Your events stay in your calendars; to remove the plans Calendaria added, delete them in Calendaria or in the Calendar app, and delete the Calendaria Plans calendar there if you no longer want it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
