CALENDARIA FOR IPHONE AND IPHONE DUO

Something not working, or an idea for Calendaria? Email [email protected]. It helps to include your iPhone model, its iOS version, and the Calendaria version from Settings.

My events don't show up

Calendaria needs full access to your calendars. Open the Settings app, go to Apps, then Calendaria, then Calendars, and choose Full Access. In Calendaria's own settings, check that the calendars you want are switched on.

Writing plans in my own words

Calendaria reads whole sentences, such as "Lisbon with the kids April 2 to 10, then pizza night every third Wednesday", with Apple Intelligence, on your iPhone. That needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, with it turned on in Settings, in one of the languages it supports. Without it, Calendaria still reads simple plans written in English, such as "Dentist Tuesday 3pm", and you can always fill in a plan's fields yourself. Calendaria shows what it understood before anything is added, so check the dates, especially for holidays that move from year to year.

Pencilled plans

Plans you pencil in are kept in a calendar called Calendaria Plans and show dashed until you confirm them, in the app or from the Pencilled In widget. Confirming moves a plan into the calendar you chose.

Widgets and Control Center

Touch and hold the Home Screen or Lock Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and choose Calendaria. To add a plan from Control Center, open Control Center, tap the plus button, and add Calendaria's control.

App icon and themes

Choose a theme and an icon in Calendaria's settings. Turn on Change with theme to have the icon follow your theme. iOS asks you to confirm each icon change.

iPhone Duo

Open your iPhone Duo and Calendaria shows your days on one side and the hours of the day you pick on the other. Closed, it works on the cover screen as on any iPhone.
